As of October 24, 2025, CHN Energy Guangdong Branch’s total annual power generation reached 40.013 billion kWh this year, surpassing the 40-billion mark. Among this, new energy generation amounted to 2.96 billion kWh, representing a 112% increase year-on-year. The steady power output has provided strong support for regional energy supply during peak summer demand and typhoon and flood prevention periods.

Since the beginning of this year, the company has strictly implemented the safety production responsibility system, advanced the establishment of a comprehensive safety management framework, and carried out thorough risk inspections and rectifications. It successfully withstood multiple typhoon impacts, ensuring stable and orderly power supply. On the marketing front, the company closely monitored changes in power supply and demand in southern China, developing a three-dimensional analysis model combining load curves, meteorological patterns and grid operation characteristics. This enabled accurate assessments of supply-demand dynamics and price trends, and optimized unit operations through a “one unit, one strategy” approach.

In terms of fuel supply, the company strengthened coordination with regional integrated entities and broadened coal procurement channels. By vertically integrating the coal supply chain, from sourcing to ports and shipping, it improved vessel and cargo matching efficiency and successfully completed coal supply tasks during extreme weather conditions.
